2. Use Sunscreen everyday!
Yes, even when indoors. Choose a sunscreen that you are comfortable with. Not all sunscreens are oily or sticky. Look for products that are ‘Broad spectrum’ which means that they protect you from UVA as well s UVB. Generally, SPF 30 gives adequate protection when reapplied 3 hourly.

3. Cleanse and Tone your skin before you sleep!
Sleeping with makeup is a sure shot way to invite blemished and wrinkled skin. Skin regeneration is at its peak while you sleep. Makeup can clog pores and hamper the natural regeneration process.
